What is TCS Express Flyer?
The Express Flyer is the bag you have probably seen at every TCS counter – and it is TCS’s most popular service for a reason. It is a strong bag made from waterproof, tear-resistant, eco-friendly D2W material that decomposes naturally, unlike ordinary plastic.
Its killer feature: once sealed, it cannot be opened and resealed. Any tampering is immediately visible, which is why people trust it with documents, mobile phones and accessories. It can also be combined with Overnight Express for next-day delivery, and it works for international shipments too.
What is TCS Mehfooz Express?
“Mehfooz” means protected – and that is exactly what this service is. Mehfooz Express is an overnight document delivery service built around a special envelope: strong, water-resistant and tear-resistant, laminated inside and out, and difficult to bend.
It exists for one job: getting important documents – degrees for attestation, driving licenses, legal papers, certificates – to their destination in perfect condition. The rigid, laminated envelope keeps papers flat and dry through sorting, stacking and rain.

- Tell the counter staff which service you want (Flyer or Mehfooz) and your destination.
- They will pack your documents in the official packaging, seal it in front of you, weigh it and give you a receipt with your tracking ID.
- Track the shipment online until it is delivered.

What about very valuable documents?
If the document is extremely valuable or irreplaceable, consider adding shipment insurance (CVI) on top of Mehfooz Express. The envelope protects against damage; insurance protects against loss. Ask at the counter – it costs little and covers you if the worst happens.
Hamza’s practical tip
For degrees and attestation documents, I always photocopy everything before sealing the envelope – front and back. If the unthinkable happens, you have clean copies for reissue applications. And I write the receiver’s phone number on a small slip inside the envelope too, so if the outer label is ever damaged, TCS can still reach the right person.
